Growing demand for zero-emission commercial operations, new technology, and new regulatory requirements can be difficult to navigate in addition to running your business.

Our Partners

Our team is a part of the Hybrid and Zero-Emission Voucher Incentive Project (HVIP). HVIP lowers the barriers to purchasing zero-emission vehicles, class 2b-8, by providing point-of-sale vouchers that reduce upfront costs for fleet purchasers.

HVIP is administered by CALSTART on behalf of the California Air Resources Board.

CARB’s mission is to promote and protect public health, welfare, and ecological resources through effective reduction of air pollutants while recognizing and considering effects on the economy. CARB is the lead agency for climate change programs and oversees all air pollution control efforts in California to attain and maintain health-based air quality standards.

Launched by the California Air Resources Board (CARB) and administered by CALSTART, the Hybrid and Zero-Emission Truck and Bus Voucher Incentive Project (HVIP) provides point-of-sale discounts on the purchase of zero-emission medium- and heavy-duty commercial vehicles. HVIP is part of California Climate Investments, a statewide initiative that puts billions of Cap-and-Trade dollars to work reducing greenhouse gas emissions, strengthening the economy, and improving public health and the environment—particularly in disadvantaged communities.

CALSTART is a national nonprofit with offices in New York, Michigan, Colorado, California, Washington, D.C., Central Europe, and partners worldwide, CALSTART works with 300+ member companies and agency innovators to build a prosperous, efficient, and clean high-tech transportation industry.
